Our story

We started as a small group of gallery professionals who kept seeing the same problem: talented crews, excellent equipment, and still a show that wobbled on air because nobody had rehearsed how the pieces fit together.

So we built a place where studio equipment integration, dynamic camera technique, acoustic optimisation and lighting design are taught as one connected craft, and where reliable production processes are practised until they become second nature.

Today starryel works with broadcasters, independent production companies, universities and corporate studios across the United Kingdom.

What we stand for

Principles behind every production

These four ideas shape how we teach, how we advise and how we measure success.

  • Reliability first

Redundancy, clear signal paths and tested fallbacks are part of every lesson.

  • Craft over gear

Great shows come from decisions, not from the size of the equipment list.

  • Calm under pressure

We rehearse the difficult moments so your crew stays composed on air.

  • Open to every studio

From a single-camera interview room to a full news floor, we adapt to your space.
